We understand the importance of privacy to many of our customers. Orders placed on GrowersLights.com are shipped in plain brown boxes without any identifying markings. Large orders requiring freight will be wrapped in black plastic.
Orders are normally shipped within 1 business day, however, in some cases longer shipping times may occur. If you need the product(s) by a specific date, please contact us by phone at (512) 887-4476 and we will do everything that we can to accommodate this request.
Free shipping is only available to destinations within the continental United States and items will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Multiple item orders may be shipped separately and on different days. An order placed with a shipping address outside of the continental United States will incur a shipping charge. An email will be sent for the additional amount and must be paid prior to fulfilling the order.
Once your package has been assigned a tracking number we'll send you an email with the tracking information.

We will work with you to resolve any issues and replace your product(s) or refund your purchase within the terms of this policy. We will do our best to get back to you within one business day regarding your issue.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be: Unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it or in like new condition and free of wear.
All parts (i.e. cords, controllers, hangers) must be present when returned. Item(s) returned within the return window for any reason may incur a 15% restocking fee. California Lightworks has a 25% restocking fee. Returns outside of the individual return windows will not be refunded. Order cancellation is offered only in the event that the product(s) has not yet shipped, otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will apply if the order was already processed. No returns allowed on custom orders and clearance products.
If you receive a defective, or incorrect product(s), we will pay for the return shipping costs as well as pay for getting the product(s) to you.
Damaged in Shipping - It rarely happens, but once in a while products are damaged during shipping. Please check the box for any physical damage before signing or receiving the package. If damaged, please ensure you reject the item(s) and/or let the courier know that the product is damaged at delivery, otherwise a full refund may not be possible.
Damage delivered by FedEx, UPS or USPS shall be reported by the customer to the courier company and file claim accordingly to the courier company. Growers Lights is not responsible for merchandise lost during or at delivery or damaged in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. If your order received free shipping the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
After your purchase, the product is subject to the respective company’s warranty policy. These policies may be found on the original supplier's/manufacturer's website or by contacting them. GrowersLights.com is not responsible for replacing or repairing your product while under warranty. Although, we will assist you in getting your product replaced or repaired by coordinating with the original supplier/manufacturer.
GrowersLights works hard to find the lowest prices online for our customers. So we will guarantee the best price before your purchase. If you find a better price online, we will beat it by $11 for orders over $200 and $6 for orders under $200.
If you find a better price online within six months of your purchase GrowersLights will pay you the difference!
